Devotional

The enemy continually reminds us of what God has already forgiven. Jesus doesn't continually reopen forgiven sins.

When He forgives...He removes them and when we continue carrying shame, we are carrying something Christ already carried to the Cross.

Forgiveness is not pretending sin didn't matter but is celebrating that Jesus already paid for it.

Reflection

• What past failure do I still define myself by?

• Have I accepted God's forgiveness?

Walking in Truth

Write down every regret you're still carrying.

Read Psalm 103 aloud.

Then tear up the paper as a reminder that Christ has removed your sins "as far as the east is from the west."

Prayer

Father,

Thank You for loving me with an everlasting love—a love that is unchanging, unconditional, and unfailing.

When I struggle to believe that I am worthy of love, I remind myself that Your love has never been based on my performance. It is a gift of Your grace through Jesus Christ.

Help me to receive Your love more deeply each day. Remove every fear, insecurity, and false belief that tells me I am unloved or unworthy. Fill every empty place in my heart with the assurance of Your presence and the peace that comes from knowing I am Yours.

Teach me to rest in Your love instead of striving to earn it. Let Your perfect love cast out every fear and transform the way I see myself and the way I love others.

Holy Spirit, help me experience the height, depth, width, and length of Christ's love in a fresh and personal way today.
