Many people believe God merely tolerates them, but Scripture paints a different picture. He delights over His children and His love isn't fragile. His love isn't earned and it isn't withdrawn every time you struggle. His love remains constant because His character never changes.

• Do I live like God loves me?

• Or do I live trying to deserve His love?

Prayer

Father,

Thank You for loving me with an everlasting love—a love that is unchanging, unconditional, and unfailing. When I struggle to believe that I am worthy of love, remind me that Your love has never been based on my performance. It is a gift of Your grace through Jesus Christ.

Help me to receive Your love more deeply each day. Remove every fear, insecurity, and false belief that tells me I am unloved or unworthy. Fill every empty place in my heart with the assurance of Your presence and the peace that comes from knowing I am Yours.

Teach me to rest in Your love instead of striving to earn it. Let Your perfect love cast out every fear and transform the way I see myself and the way I love others. Holy Spirit, help me experience the height, depth, width, and length of Christ's love in a fresh and personal way today.
